Room rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 6% Sales & Service Tax.

RM50 will be charged for early check-in.

RM50/hour will be charged for late check-out.

Pets are not allowed.

Breakfast Charge (when not included in room rate): RM 18.00/pax (adults & children over 11 years old).

Free! One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

One older child or adult is charged MYR 50 per person per night in an extra bed.

Booking cancellation must be informed to hotel 3-4 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellation for special offer, no refund will be given.

Last minute cancelation, one night room charge will be imposed as a penalty.

In compliance with the policy of the Malaysian Government, a Tourism Tax of RM10 flat rate per room night will be imposed on all foreign guests.

This ruling shall be effective as of 1st September 2017 and will be reflective separately in the room bill and/or room rate. The tax is not inclusive of the service charge.

Malaysians are exempted from paying the levy.
